Dateless

Dates mean nothing. The poems are just ordered as I please. I believe I still have a mostly accurate account of dates elsewhere.

"Streaming colours"

Streaming colours

A multi-colored light illuminating

Through facets of a diamond in a room

That's made of mirrored  glass accentuating

More colors than a rainbow flaring doom

Will never have a chance at liberating

Or rate the fate of even indicating

The flashing class of wonder that is you

The essence of entendre that is I

Attempted every lifetime lived to scry

The Infini Entendre that is scattered

Through infinite dimensions that are you

For all the lives, with all the strength that mattered

With wonder at the sparkles that you threw

But shutter speed of millions to the beat

Could not reveal your heart's unrivaled heat

Nothing of the efforts that I tried

Revealed the supernova that belied

Your constellation's glitter in the sky

In varied colours of a butterfly

At all extremes, in every combination

Remains a sparkle's endless fascination

With constellation's glow as it's inscribed

When all the draught of life has been imbibed

Always Florence radiates the sky

(as well as my heart and soul)
